Kantipur Television and Sanima Hydropower approached the Board seeking permission for IPO issue

 Kantipur Television Network Limited and Sanima Hydropower Limited have approached Nepal Securities Board seeking permission for IPO issue. Kantipur Television applied to the board on June 28th and Sanima Hydropower on June 26th.

Kantipur Television has sought permission to issue 750,000 shares worth 75 million rupees to the general public.

Similarly, Sanima Hydropower will also issue 2450,000 shares worth 245 million rupees for the project affected locals and general public.

Share issue and sales manager of both companies is Sanima Capital Limited.
